How
can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of orders through "My
Account" link. This link will appera at the top left corner of the page
after you sign in. If
you
have
not
signed
in
it
will
prompt
you
for
sign
in.
At the "My Account" interface it will only indicate the last 3 orders.
To view all orders click the "show all orders" link. In addition you
will receive E-Mail notification at each step your order process.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
We prefer that all orders have a signature on the personalized message, although
it is ultimately your decision. If a recipient contact
us questioning the
sender of the flowers, we are unable to reveal any sender information due to
our privacy
policy.
Is the flower arrangements are same as picture shown in the web?
Yes. But in some instances the contents may change according to the availability
of decoration items. But we ensure the quality remains same.
Payment
Do
you accept credit cards only?
No. J9 shopping center let you to pay different ways. When your order check outs
for payment you can select one of the listed payment methods. Available methods
are Cash
on
Delivery,
Bank
Transfer,
PayPal and
Kuroneko@Payment.
Shipping/Delivery
Will you deliver flowers same day order places?
No. We guarantee to deliver the next day if we got an order before 1PM (Japan
time), Except
Hokkaido, Okinawa and Kyushu. Otherwise it will take one more day.
Do you deliver flowers internationally?
We currently deliver flower in Japan only.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Delivery times are based upon the shipping method you have selected. According
to the courier service you can specify the time ranges.
