Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Please specify a valid shipping address when you ship to a different address than your billing address. You may include your recipient's name and also your name there, i.e. use c/o.
  • Once you place an order, your order will usually ship in 1- 3 business days after the confirmation of payment.
  • It will take up to 5 days to deliver within Japan depending on where you live. International orders may take longer time depending on the destination and the shipping method. You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number your order ships.
  • Product prices, including the total price that you pay, your credit card number, and your billing address are not shown on the packing slip in your shipment. This provides an easy way for the customers to ship gifts directly.
  • You may select the shipping method to suite your requirements and the cost varies with the method.

Return & Warranty:

  • Almost all brand new products are overseas models made in Japan with International warranty. For warranty please contact the manufacturer using the information provided with the product you received. If you do not have this information, please e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you in returning your item to the manufacturer for repair. Do not return any item to us. Most items have a one or more year warranty.
  • For other products not included in above paragraph, we accept returns up to 5 days from the date the product was delivered. Please note that no returns on closeout items and all sales are final. Please e-mail us requesting a reference number and state the reason for your return and whether you want an exchange for the same item or a refund within 5 days.
  • Please note that we will be unable to refund or exchange if you do not have the original box and packaging. The product must be in the original new condition and you must have all instruction manuals and all items the product came with. You will have to send the product back (at your expense). If you want an exchange, a replacement of the same item will be sent to you when we receive your return (shipped at your expense). If you want a credit, a credit for what you paid for the product (not the shipping and handling costs) will be issued when we receive your return.
